3. Description of Service
We provide an array of design services including but not limited to web and graphic design, logo and branding, 3D product rendering, and Webflow development1. Our services are delivered in an asynchronous manner, with no need for meetings1. We operate on a subscription model with different plans available to suit your needs1.
4. Subscription
To access our services, you must subscribe to a plan and submit design requests. We deliver your design one at a time within a few working days, typically from Monday to Friday1.
5. Fees and Payment
Our services are charged at a fixed monthly rate, with no hidden charges. The specific pricing depends on the subscription plan chosen by the user1.
6. Use of Service
The user agrees to use our services in a manner that is ethical and within the bounds of the law. Misuse or unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
Subscriptions can be scaled up or down, paused, or canceled at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused subscription periods1.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs created are custom-made for the user and are entirely the user's property. LucidDesign retains no rights to the designs once they are delivered and accepted by the user1.
9. Revisions
We will revise the designs until the user is 100% satisfied. The number of revisions is not limited but subject to reasonable use1.
